Packaging Line Redesign
Within the entire Arcor Helados portfolio, there is a subline that stands out for its proposition to be shared at dessert time. With the endorsement of its flagship brands (Bon o Bon, Aguila, and Tofi), the Arcor Ice Cream Desserts proposition needed to be redesigned to modernize its aesthetics, organize its portfolio, and convey the indulgence of its products.
Despite its commercial success, Arcor Ice Cream Desserts presented a significant design disorder within its portfolio. With flavors leveraging three different brands and each launched at different times, each presentation adhered to the visual identity of that particular brand. We joined this project to create a unique design for this proposition that unifies the brands and enhances its offering of unique flavors.
The temptation and unique flavors proposed by each brand are the differentiating factors of these products. Aligning the ice cream dessert packaging design while maintaining the main characteristics of these brands would give us the strength needed to build a product line presence at the point of sale and generate increased consumption through the trial of each one.
The complexity of this task was not only to align the designs in a quickly recognizable layout as a product line but also to maintain the unique characteristics of each brand, respecting its personality and tone.
We gave more prominence to the brands on each pack as a point of greater connection with consumers, but we selected graphic elements that were repeated equally in all to provide consistency to the proposal and present all flavor varieties as part of the same product line. Additionally, we added temptation with product images on the front and sides of the pack. For this, we had the collaboration of photographer Fernanda Bonserio and the finishing touch by Nico Abatemarco.
